THESE FRITES ARE SPECIAL

Every morning at Duckfat the single-source Maine-grown Norwis potatoes are hand-punched, then fried in duck fat. When your order comes in they are fried a second time in duck fat, for the crispiest fry possible, and seasoned with their own blend of signature fry salt. They are served in a paper cone alongside a handmade sauce (or sauce flight) of choice. All sauces are made in house. Mayos are made with locally-sourced eggs. The gravy for the poutine is made with stock from roasted duck bones.
